- Hotel Services :

• Our Residencies : Upon your arrival towels, made bed and household of departure are included.
• For your stays of 8 nights and +, a weekly household* is included the day of your suitability.
• For your stays from 1 to 7 nights, the change of towels will be made on request with the reception.


• * We propose you an option "household”- 20-€ supplement the day of your suitability.


• At Riads Resort by Nateve : Upon your arrival towels, made bed and daily household as well as the household of departure.

- Services + : Access to the swimming pool of the hotel Eve, breakfast buffet *, snacking service *, bar *, garage rental.
- Reception : Riads Resort by Nateve (1, avenue de Port Ambonne) office welcomes you 7/7 from May to September from 9am to 7pm.

- OUR CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

Reservation possible all year long by phone, email, or postal mail.

To guarantee your reservation, the number of bank card, the expiration date and the cryptogram will be required (secure site).

- The deposit : less than 4 nights = 1 night / From 5 nights = 25 % of all of the stay.
The final payment will be proceed directly at the front desk.

- Arrival time 5pm / Departure time before 12pm.
It is strongly recommended to advise us of your arrival time, particularly if this one is late.

-The access to the naturist village is regulated, the purchase of the access card is compulsory with the office of entrances (approximately 15 € the week).

- OUR CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

- Flexible cancellation policy.

- The deposit can be entirely postponed for a next valid stay on the current season.

- In case of late cancellation or no-show at the establishment, the overnight stay will be charged.
